Английский. Effect of cultural conditions on growth and polysaccharide production by fungi Lentinus edodes 22, L. lepideus, L. tigrinus was investigated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. These fungi accumulated 11.2-14.0 gl-1 biomass, 2.0-5.0 gl-1 exo- and 4.0-10.2% endopolysaccharides on optimal glucose-peptone media. Maximum amount of endopolysaccharides (9.5-10.2%) was found in L. lepideus biomass, while the highest level of exopolysaccharide synthesis (4.5-5.0 gl-1) was observed in L. edodes 22. Specific growth rate of the fungi (m) equaled 0.010 gl-1 for L. edodes 22, 0.020 gl-1 for L. lepideus, 0.025 gl-1 for L. tigrinus; productivity of exopolysaccharide synthesis: 550, 300. 500 mgl-1 per day; productivity of endopolysaccharide synthesis - 40, 170, 140 mgl-1 per day, respectively. Fungal polysaccharides combined both high-molecular weight fractions (Mr = 200-2000 kDa) and low-molecu¬lar weight fractions (Mr 10 kDa). As to carbohydrate composition, polysaccharide of Lentinus fungi were identified as heteroglycans with dominant monomer glucose and presence of arabinose, galactose, xylose, mannose. In physical-chemical properties the closed similarity was shown by polysaccharides of L. tigrinus and L. edodes.

Установлены факторы, влияющие на образование полисахаридов, дана их физико-химическая характеристика. Показана возможность использования грибов L. lepideus и L. tigrinus как перспективных продуцентов полисахаридов.
