The influence of mineral fertilizers on amino acid content of soybean grain along with protein value of soy, cultivated on sod-podzolic sandy-loamy soil is analyzed. The impact of mineral fertilizers on critical and irreplaceable acids composition in soybean is shown. Biological value of soybean protein is displayed. The application of fertilizers in the researches on sod-podzolic sandy-loamy soil promoted the increasing of limited and essential amino acids in grains of soybeans. The crop yield of soybean raise per 32%. The grain of soybeans 'Pripyat' was proved to be the best according to the balance of amino acid composition and biological value of protein. Its protein corresponded to the recommended standards of FAO/WHO on amino acid composition.
