The factors which influence functioning dairy products market under present conditions in the Republic of Belarus are shown. Producing and realization of the dairy production (milk, butter and cheese) is analyzed according to the main production producing and domestic realization. The quality of the milk, purchased from agricultural organizations, is evaluated. Milk production of the Republic is presented by 'extra', 'superior quality', 'top-quality' and 'second quality'. Milk and dairy trading channels and their market segments are analyzed. Among these channels are: firm stores, supermarkets, small shops and stalls. The analysis of the marketing channels of dairy products sales is done, the basic types of sales outlets to be used most of all are identified. Referring to the tendencies of the development of dairy products market new ways to increase the efficiency of marketing activity of dairy enterprises are suggested.
