Эффективность применения регулятора роста гидрогумат при выращивании маточников родительских линий капусты белокочанной

Results of realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus analysis of influence of hydrogumat plant growth regulator on seed sowing quality, growth and development of breed sheds of white cabbage (Brassica oleracea) sterile line Er7 ms and its fertile analogue Er7 f cultivated in field conditions and vegetative pots were presented. Research results showed that steeping of sterile Er7 ms line seeds in the solution of hydrogumat in concentrations 0,0025; 0,005; and 0,01% in course of 12 hours made it possible to increase the germinating energy from 84% up to 94%, germinating ability – on 6%, germ root length – on 0,8-1,8 cm. It was revealed that breed sheds of Er7 ms and Er7 f grown in the field conditions showed higher morphometric indexes grown in the vegetative pots. Both with plant growth regulator and without it the wet weight of roots was higher at plants cultivated in the field conditions
