Influence of fertilizers, planting density and weight of planting tuber on yielding capacity and quality of tubers of a new potato (Solanum tuberosum) variety Uladar was studied on sod-podzolic sandy soil in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. It was found that the highest yield of tubers in course of 3-year experiment there were obtained by application of mineral fertilizers in a dose of N120P80K180 with 40 t/ha of manure. With increasing doses of mineral fertilizers in the structure of the potato yield increased the proportion of tubers weighing more than 300 g and, conversely, decreased starch content.
