Questions of a modern state and current tendencies of a system of investments in agricultural production, features of investment processes in agriculture, structure of sources of financing of the investment charges were considered in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Some factors constraining the investment activity in agricultural production were presented. A possible variant of development of leasing was considered in case of realization of the investment charges. The basic directions of development of the mechanism of financing of the investments in agrarian sector were offered.
