Creation of the common market in territory of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) promoted occurrence of brand new forms of state relations which have been shown in some regulatory documents of some countries, interstate contracts and agreements. Thus, since January, 2010 there has been started the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation which the Republic of Belarus considers as a transitive stage to more profound form of integration - to the Common Economic Space which is planned to be created by January, 1, 2014. The tax mechanisms of agricultural product manufacturers of the countries planning to create the Common Economic Space are considered.
