The results of the model calculations and field experiments on land drainage study in loamy soils are presented. The functions with two parameters (sediments and soil moisture dependence of daily drainage) are obtained while different agricultural applications. Interrelations between daily amounts of the surface discharge and downfall on the drain surface within different soil moisture levels are shown. Two-factor dependence of the daily amounts of the surface discharge on the downfall and soil moisture level is evaluated. Empiric dependence coefficients in experimental drain surfaces are calculated. The influence of the delayed runoff on the project parameters of irrigation norms is estimated. The graphs of moisture content dynamics in the loamy soils under the irrigated cabbage (according the Gorki meteorological station data) are presented. Advisability of variable drainage limit application for calculations improvement of reclaimed soils water balance is substantiated.
