The aim of the research work was to establish the postinfluence of substrates for adaptation (peat and ion exchange BIONA-112) on dwarf rootstock OVP-2, VSL-2, Ismailovsky and GiSelA 5 after in vitro culture in the nuclear stock in the glasshouse. The dependence of morphological plant development in the conditions of protected ground on the form of rootstock was established. Decrease of quantity of annual cuttings was found in plant lines Ismailovsky, OVP-2, VSL-2, GiSelA 5. The maximum rates of bole growth are detected on GiSelA 5 (2,7 cm), then on OVP-2, VSL-2 and Ismailovsky. Plant growth in the glasshouse depended on an adaptation substrate and a variety. The ion exchange substrate was optimal for VSL-2 rootstock, peat substrate - for Ismailovsky.
