In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed the results of the study of the donor ability for delicious apple (Malus) fruit of a cultivar Belorusskoe malinovoe in the saturating crossings with resistant to apple scab (Venturia inaequalis) selections in breeding for high eating qualities (palatability traits). There were analyzed 395 hybrids of 7 crosses between the one and elite Belarusian selections – the offsprings of M. floribunda – sources of scab resistance. During the analysis of hybrid progeny in combination of Belorusskoe malinovoe x 86-54/131; 133; 135 there was marked an isolation of high quality transgressive forms. As a result of the realized studied the cultivar Belorusskoe malinovoe could be recommended for the further breeding work as a donor of table taste of fruit. With delicious fruits 8-22% hybrids were obtained in studied progeny of cultivar Belorusskoe malinovoe. It was marked, that 2% genotypes surpassed fruit quality of best parent (cultivar Belorusskoe malinovoe) and 2 elite selections 99-39/52 and 99-39/86 were picked out in progeny Belorusskoe malinovoe x 86-54/131,133,135 (Antei x BM41497).
