Исследование биологической эффективности препарата на основе гриба Laetiporus sulphureus для использования в птицеводстве

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed the biological efficiency of a new national immunostimulatory and antioxidant veterinary drug produced on the basis of Laetiporus sulphurous 205 fungus for its use in industrial poultry breeding. The efficiency of the preparation was analyzed by the example of 10-day old broiler chickens. The preparation was mixed with forage and fed in dose of 1,43 g per 1 kg of forage in course of 30 days by free access of chickens to forage. In course of the study there were analyzed the following parameters: body weight and average daily weight gain of broiler chickens; results of hematologic tests in course of determination of biological action of the prepration; content of carotene in blood serum of broiler chickens; malondialdehyde in blood serum and liver tissues; immunity stress. Research results showed that the preparation rendered antioxidant and immunostimulant action, promoted the development of immune reaction in early terms after immunization. Application of a preparation promoted more effective poultry protection against virus infections and increased chicken viability.
