Object of research: barreness of a cow with functional infringements; maintenance conditions; efficiency of investigated animals; biologically active preparations used in veterinary practice for correction of reproductive function. The work purpose: studying of reproductive function of cows of various level of efficiency and working out of the receptions providing its realization in the conditions of modern technologies of the maintenance with use of biologically active substances, correcting the microbe background promoting repeated ineffective insemination of cows. Contamination sexual ways microorganisms frequently occur at the time of delivery, in puerperal period and at carrying out of artificial insemination to infringements septic tanks and antiseptics. Change of a microbial background appreciably changes level of acid-base balance that in addition reduces insemination of animals. Existing methods of preventive maintenance not always solve the problems put before them, and in most cases operate one-sidedly. Results of researches show that application of complex disinfectants, for the purpose of incomplete and full sanitation of the sexual device, give the grounds for their wider application in practice of veterinary gynecology. The new moments of perfection and increase of efficiency of methods of preventive maintenance of frequency in artificial insemination of cows and heifers are revealed.
