In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed data about immunity stress of rabbits under realization of their hyperimmunization with avian influenza virus H7N1. Research results showed that hyperimmunization of rabbits by means of 4-time subcutaneous administration of the purified antigen in the increasing doses according to the whole protein content in combination with adjuvant (volume ratio – 30% of antigen and 70% of adjuvant) made it possible to obtain hyperimmune serum with high content of antibody titres. The antibodies titer received the maximal level fourth immunization and kept in course of 21 days. In 28 days after the fourth immunization the antibodies titer in the blood serum of rabbits diminished. Thus, it was concluded that for the creation of a test system for diagnostic of avian influenza (strain H7N1) it was enough to realize a single immunization of rabbits with a highly purified influenza virus with the minimal hemagglutinating activity of 1:4096.
