Китайский. 准确地定量奶牛舍环境中气载微生物(细菌和真菌)的含量,并评估其健康风险。利用国际标准的AGI-30空气采样器,以无菌生理盐水为采样介质,收集奶牛舍空气样品,分别用培养计数法和4,6-联脒-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)染色法,对奶牛舍环境中气载微生物含量进行计数,比较两种方法的差异,并对气载微生物潜在危害进行评估。培养计数法测得奶牛舍内气载微生物含量为1.14×105~8.32×106 CFU/m3,而DAPI染色法为9.3×105~5.93×107 CFU/m3,DAPI染色法所测气载微生物含量约是培养计数法的7~733倍。以染色法测得的奶牛舍内气载微生物含量计算,人与奶牛每min吸入的微生物量分别为1.58×105 CFU和3.29×106 CFU。染色计数法更能客观地反映环境中的气载微生物含量,有助于对环境的健康风险进行科学评估。
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. The research was conducted to quantify the concentrations of airborne microbes (bacteria and fungi) in cow houses and assess health -risks. Air samples of cow environments were collected by international AGI-30 using sterile saline water as sampling media; the concentrations of airborne microbes were counted by culture counting method and 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)_staining counting method, respectively. The differences between the two methods were compared. According to counting grown colonies, the concentrations of cow houses were within a range of 1.14×105C8.32×106 CFU/m3. The direct counting concentrations were between 9.3×105C5.93×107 CFU/m3. The results of DAPI-staining counting method were about 7C733 times higher than those of culture counting method. Based on the concentration of DAPI-staining counting method, the airborne microbes inhaled by a person and a cow were 1.58×105 CFU/min and 3.29×106 CFU/min, respectively. DAPI-staining counting method could reflect the accurate concentrations of airborne microbes in the environment, and assess health risks scientifically.
