Китайский. 粘虫胶防治农林害虫是近年来发展起来的一种重要而又无公害的物理手段。选用萜烯和不同分子量的聚丁烯为原料,通过优化配方,制备了性能优异的用于涂覆胶板的无溶剂高粘性环保型粘虫胶。测试了粘虫胶的旋转粘度、初粘力和垂直流淌距离等,结果表明:制备粘虫胶的最佳配方为低分子量PB∶高分子量PB∶萜烯树脂=3∶1∶1.5~1∶1∶0.25,流淌距离最低可达27mm,室温初粘力和140℃的旋转粘度可达21Pa•s和66 Pa•s。这些粘虫胶可用于涂覆粘虫板防治飞行昆虫及沿树干爬行习性的农林害虫。

Pest control using sticky insect glue is an important and non-pollution physical means developed in recent years.In this paper,terpene and poly(1-butene) with different molecular weights was selected as raw materials.By using optimizing formula,the sticky insect glue with excellent properties and high viscosity was prepared for the coating application of sticky insect board.Some physical properties including rotary viscosity,initial adhesion,plumb sag distance and rheology were tested,and the influence of these physical properties on the performance of sticky insect glue was discussed.The results showed that when the ratio of low molecular weight of PB,high molecular weight of PB and terpene resin was 3:1:1.5~1:1:0.25,the sticky insect glue with good properties could be obtained.The sag distance could reach 27mm,initial adhesion at room temperature and rotary viscosita at 140℃ could reach 21 and 66 Pa•s,respectively.These sticky insect glues could be used in the control of agriculture and forestry pests flying and moving up and down along the tree trunks by coating them on the sticky insect board.
