Китайский. 利用棉籽壳为主料制作平菇栽培种,测定其生长发育过程中几种胞外酶活性变化情况.结果表明,在平菇栽培种培养过程中,羧甲基纤维素酶、滤纸纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性整体上随时间延长呈下降趋势;漆酶和过氧化物酶活性整体上随时间延长呈上升趋势,但不同菌株的酶活变化趋势有所差异.本研究为平菇生理研究打下了良好的基础.[著者文摘]
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Activity changes of several extracellular enzymes were determined during culturing periods of Pleurotus ostreatus using cotton seed hull. The results showed that the activity of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMCase), filter paper cellulase (FPase) , xylanase, amylase and protease decreased, while that of laccase and peroxidase increased along with the delaying of the culturing periods. The activity change tendency of different bacterial strains showed some difference. This study has laid a good foun- dation for the physiological research of Pleurotus ostreatus. extracellular enzyme[著者文摘]
