Китайский. 采用了气流平移步进式烤房,研究了延长变黄时间对烤烟石油醚提取物和中性致香成分及非挥发性有机酸含量的影响.结果表明,延长变黄时间15 h的处理,烤烟石油醚提取物含量增幅最大,并且与常规烘烤的差异达到显著水平;延长变黄时间18 h的处理,烤烟的类胡萝卜素类、苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类、西柏烷类、新植二烯及其他中性致香成分含量均有不同程度的提高;延长变黄时间12 h的处理提高了非挥发性有机酸含量.在变黄期延长变黄时间,能够提高烤烟的石油醚提取物含量、烤烟中性致香物质积累量和非挥发性有机酸含量,并改善烤烟品质.[著者文摘]

By using the advecting airflow stepping type flue-curing barn,the experiment has studied the effect of prolong the curing time of yellowing stage on the petroleum ether extract content and aroma constituents content and non-volatile organic acid of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The result shows that the petroleum ether extract content of the flue-cured tobacco leaves cured by prolonging the curing time by 15 hours at the yellowing stage has the highest growth rate and has an obvious contrast compared with conventional curing;and the content of aroma products of carotenoid,the content of aroma products of phenylalanine,the content of aroma of browning reaction,the aroma products of cembratriendiol content and the neophytadiene content of the flue-cured tobacco leaves cured by prolonging the curing time by 18 hours at the yellowing stage have varying growth rates.The flue-cured tobacco leaves cured by prolonging the curing time by 12 hours at the yellowing stage has the highest content of non-volatile organic acid.The contrast test has the lowest content of petroleum ether extracts and aroma constituents and non-volatile organic acid.By prolonging the curing time at yellowing stage can improve the content of petroleum ether extracts and aroma constituents and non-volatile organic acid in the advecting airflow stepping type flue-curing barn.[著者文摘]
