Китайский. 木质素是植物苯丙烷代谢途径的重要产物之一,其生物合成涉及到许多酶的参与。其中咖啡酸-O-甲基转移酶(caffeic acid-O-methyltransferase,COMT)是木质素特异途径中的一个关键酶,可催化咖啡酸、5-羟基松柏醛和5-羟基松柏醇甲基化分别生成阿魏酸、芥子醛和芥子醇,参与S-木质素的合成。本文主要对COMT基因的特征、COMT在木质素生物合成中的作用及COMT基因对植物木质素合成调控的研究现状进行了综述,并对COMT基因的研究方法和在生产中的应用作了展望。[著者文摘]
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Lignin is one of the important shubstabces in metabolism pathway ofphenylpropanoid and there are lots of enzymes involving in the biosynthesis. Caffeic acid-O-methyltransferase (COMT) is a key enzyme of mentioned lignin synthetic pathway which catalyses caffeic acid, 5-Hydrocy-coniferyl aidehyde and 5-Hydrocy-coniferylconiferyl alcohol to generate ferulaic acid sinapyl aidehyde and sinapyl alcohol, respectively, participating in synthe- size the S-lignin. In this review, we sum up the characteristics ofCOMT gene, its role in lignin biosynthesis and the research status regarding on its regulation on lignin synthesis and also did prospect the research methodology for COMT gene studies and its applications in production.[著者文摘]
