STIMULATION OF THE PUBERTY IN FED COCHINATAS WITH HONEY B AND NUPROVIM | ESTIMULACION DE LA PUBERTAD EN COCHINATAS ALIMENTADAS CON MIEL B Y NUPROVIM

No se puede olvidar que ellas representan el 20 o el 25% del censo de la granja, y son el futuro del rebaño reproductivo a corto y largo plazo. Este es el grupo menos productivo de animales y requieren de un manejo adecuado, por lo que se hace necesario asegurar que la dieta suministrada durante su desarrollo no afecte ninguno de los criterios de los que va a depender la productividad de las cerdas jóvenes. En Cuba se han realizado algunos trabajos sobre la utilización de las mieles de caña de azúcar en dietas para el desarrollo de las cochinatas. Estos trabajos demostraron la posibilidad de crecimiento de las cochinatas sin afectar los rasgos del comportamiento reproductivo. Por otra parte, al utilizar miel B como componente de la dieta durante la gestación se obtuvieron índices reproductivos comparables a los alcanzados con una fuente energética convencional. También el estudio del desarrollo del tracto reproductivo de las cochinatas ha sido objetivo de algunos investigadores cubanos. El arribo de la pubertad anuncia el comienzo de la capacidad reproductiva de la cerda. Uno de los aspectos más importantes para lograr que la producción en condiciones cubanas sea más eficiente, es logrando que este momento llegue a la edad más tempranamente posible con un desarrollo fisiológico adecuado. De esta manera el costo de producción se hace menor por tener una vida reproductiva más corta y eficiente. El objetivo del trabajo que aquí se informa fue valorar la influencia de la estimulación del macho sobre la edad y peso a la pubertad en cochinatas alimentadas con nuprovim 10 (núcleo de proteínas, vitaminas y minerales) y miel B de caña de azúcar.

One of the most important aspects to achieve that the production under Cuban conditions is more efficient, it is achieving that this moment arrives more to the age possible tempranamente with an appropriate physiologic development. This way the production cost becomes smaller to have a shorter and more efficient reproductive life. The objective of the work that here is informed it was to value the influence of the male's stimulation on the age and weight to the puberty in cochinatas fed with nuprovim 10 (nucleus of proteins, vitamins and minerals) and honey B of cane of sugar.
