In pot experiment the subsoil was light clay in which Se in dose 240 g in kg in form of water solution Na2Se03 was introduced. Sulfur was used in a form of Na2SO4 in doses 0;0.03;0.06;0.09 g in kg of soil. The influence of fertilization with sulfur on the Se contents was conditioned with the quantity of used doses. Addition of 0.03 g and 0.06 g S per kg the increased Se contents in over ground parts. The increase of S dose to 0.09 g in kg caused a decrease of the contents and intake of Se by alfalfa
