In conclusion: natural nutrition (with colostrum) is very important in the protection of babies from Rotavirus gastroenteritis. Beside secretory IgA, being the most significant in protection of the infections and antivirus antibodies, human milk also contains non immunoglobuline factors that prevent Rotavirus infection. An adequate nutrition adapted to the illness and reduced absorptive capacity is of the utmost importance in prevention of the nutritive deficiency and implemented immediately after rehydration is the most important therapeutic approach in successful treatment of Rotavirus gastroenteritis.
