A new stochastic water demand modeling procedure building demand by summing individual users from the bottom is presented in this thesis, both for water supplying and on demand irrigation system. Developed model outputs are daily water diagrams which give reliable characteristic on water demand satisfying nature and which can be applied in water consumption forecast for certain number of properties in predefined, optional duration monitoring time step in small town water supplying system and/or on demand irrigation system. In this thesis suggestions about developed model application in propagation uncertainty analysis through the hydraulic model solver are made. Problems of defining different calibration criteria and system hydraulic reliability, control flow limits with statistical control in operational management, data water consumption processing, leakage control, and systematic approach for positioning the monitoring devices are discussed.
