Territory of the northern slopes of Fruska Gora (Serbia) has characterized with unstable slopes with intensively moving after intensive rainy periods or under anthropogenic influence. Terrain encircles urban, industrial and rural surfaces and it is in the zone of gradual protection of the National Park Fruska Gora. In the aim of saving the ambient whole of Sremski Karlovci (Serbia), protection of natural resources as well as protection of cultural historical heritage, reconstruction and restorations of existing public wells and springs are necessary, which are very significant for alternative watersupplying for local people. Measuring have been done monthly during three years on 14 spots. The analysis of the basic meteorological elements measured in the area of Sremski Karlovci have been done and their correlation with capacity of displaying and the temperature of water. The analysis of measured values of seasonal periodicity was confirmed with a very small oscillations of expiration. Water in some sources does not match with the microbiological or physical-chemical standards for drinking water. Elevated concentracions of nitric triad, iron, manganese and boron were found in some springs and artesian wells. In some shallower wells appear organic supstances (phenols) because of anthropogenic pollution. Increased concentrations of iron, manganese and boron are characteristic for water with turbidities and pliocenic aquifer.
