Особенности аккумуляции тяжёлых металлов гречихой в условиях техногенеза

Accumulation of cadmium, lead and zinc in roots, tops and fruits of Molva buckwheat with 3, 6 and-fold excess of approximately allowable concentrations (AAC) of the elements in gray mean loamy forest soil was studied. Cadmium and lead most intensively was accumulated by roots, zinc – by roots and fruits. The incompliance of fruits with the sanitary requirements as to the content of Cd came with the level of soil contamination of 3-AAC and higher, as to Pb and Zn – 6 AAC. The most concentrations of Pb, Cd and Zn were observed at the branching phase. There was a direct positive dependence between the concentration of toxicants in a soil solution and their absorption, but the quantitative values of biological absorption were inversely proportional to increasing the content of a toxicant in soil. It is concluded that manufacturing ecologically safe buckwheat products is possible if the soil continuation level with Pb, Cd and Zn reaches 3 AAC, and in case of using buckwheat for phytoremediation plant should be completely removed from soil together with a root
