The antiseptic haemostatic sponge is new approach to prophylaxis of the endometritis at cows | Антисептическая, гемостатическая губка для профилактики эндометрита у коров

Английский. A possibility to prevent postnatal endometritis in cows by means of an antiseptic haemostatic sponge (AHS) generating in the uterus a depot of furasolidone and resolving during 7-8 days. The evaluation of the efficiency of a single application of AHS after normal calving in cows and after operative expulsion of afterbirth (in comparison with neophur) has shown that 88.0% did not fall ill with endometritis, and 61.2%, respectively, were fecundated after the first insemination among the cows which had no disease with the conception rate 1.4 and 1.9 and infertility days 46.1 and 73.6. The stimulation of non-specific resistance in experimental animals was manifested in the increases content of total protein, albumins, globulins, total immunoglobulins in blood serum when the number and size of circulating immune complexes reduced. From the results of production tests it has been found that the application of AHS at the background of operative expulsion of afterbirth is more effective by 15.8% than neophur, and its application after normal calving reduces by 22% the risk of emerging endometritis with the reduced infertility period by a factor of 2.3 and 1.8, respectively

Показана возможность профилактировать послеродовой эндометрит (ЭМ) у коров (КО) с помощью антисептической гемостатической губки (АГГ), создающей в матке депо фуразолидона и рассасывающейся в течение 7-10 дн. Оценка эффективности однократного применения АГГ после нормального отела у КО и после оперативного отделения последа (в сравнении с неофуром) показала, что, не заболело ЭМ 88,0 и 61,2% (45,6% при использовании неофура), соответственно оплодотворилось после первого осеменения из числа заболевших КО 63,6 и 59,0% (0%), при коэффициенте оплодотворения - 1,4 и 1,9 (2,7) и бесплодия - 46,1 и 73,6 (152,2). Стимуляция неспецифической резистентности у подопытных животных выразилась в увеличении содержания общего белка в сыворотке крови (с 72,47 до 80,49 г/л), альбуминов (с 44,16 до 48,52%), глобулинов (с 34,51 до 37,56%), общих иммуноглобулинов (с 9,96 до 13,24 г/л) при снижении количества и размеров циркулирующих иммунных комплексов. Итак, установлено, что применение АГГ на фоне оперативного отделения последа является на 15,8% эффективнее неофура, а применение ее после нормального отела на 22% снижает риск возникновения ЭМ, при сокращении периода бесплодия в 2,3 и 1,8 раза соответственно.
