Английский. This thesis reports in vitro shoot regeneration from node and seedling eksplants of Allium tuberosum on various concentrations of BAP-IBA, TDZ-NAA and TDZ- 2,4-D. Maximum shoot regeneration was achieved from nodes cultured on MS medium containing 1 mg/l BAP and 2 mg/l IBA.

Bu tez kapsamında, Çin soğanı (Allium tuberosum L.)'nın boğum ve in vitro'da gelişen fidecik eksplantlarından değişik oranlarda BAP-IBA, TDZ-NAA ve TDZ- 2,4-D içeren MS ortamlarında sürgün rejenerasyonu elde edilmiştir. En fazla sürgün oranı ve eksplant başına sürgün sayısı, 1 mg/l BAP ve 2 mg/l IBA içeren ortamda boğum eksplantından elde edilmiştir.
