The purpose of research on production of technology and facilities of noodles on a continuous cloth spread machine is to make traditional products made by traditional manual scale production ancient to present to industrial scale production. The saturated steam 1000C is supplied by two coal-fired boiler used 22 kg coal/h - after steaming, noodle is move to another tape to cool (by fans) down to 300C, to reduce moisture and make persistent - cut noodle to the fibers 5mm wide, 500mm long by structure rotating knives - hang up noodle to cool continuously - to consume. Productivity is 120 kg/h. Number as rolls, dried noodles, and vermicelli.
