In course of the research there were studied parameters of generative sphere and anatomical structure of leaves in heteroploid interspecific hybrids of oat (Avena sativa) and their diploid and hexaploid parental forms, obtained in 2000-2006 in laboratory of genetics and biotechnology of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Arable Farming. As a result of the research it was revealed that diploid sample Sajya-2 and hexaploid Erbgraf possessed smaller stomatos and the smaller area of sheet and sclerenchyma cells, and also top and bottom epidermis, and mesomorphous hexaploid sample Angus - more large stomatos. Hybrid F1 Erbgraf х Sajya-2 on all indicators occupied or intermediate position, or turned aside the parent form. At ploidy level increase there was an increase of seed-bud sizes on 2.0-44.5%. At hexaploid samples anthers became shorter on 15.9 and wider on 35.1%, the sizes of pollen grains increased accordingly on 11.0 and 8.5%. The total pollen grains in one anther increased on 20.4%, fertile grains - on 39.2%, and fertility - on 10%.
