High milk productivity of cows is determined by correct feeding of the animals in first 45 days of lactation. In this period cows require high concentration of energy and nutritive substances in ration because of limited feeds consumption. Increase of productivity implicates energy consumption and protein provision of every energy unit. But self-cost of feeding ration depends on level of concentrates, include expensive protein feeds, number of which is connected with quality of bulky feeds. While constructing cows' rations for high milk productivity on early stage of lactation the following factors should be considered: limited consumption of dry matters of feeds; maximal productivity, achieved by the end of the first month of calving; necessity of high concentration of energy and protein in dry matter of feeds; danger of dyspepsia and digestive disorders during nitrogen metabolism and even intoxication of animals with nitrogen substances. Therefore, optimization of rations in the conditions of feeding base of the Republic of Belarus should be suggested. Development of optimization model of feeding ration of freshly calved cows with the help of computer modeling is presented. The proposed method of multi-programming optimization of feed rations in a limited range of feeds leads to the increasing of animals' productivity during milking and milk yield raise throughout lactation period.
