In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was given a comparative characteristic of resistance to a swim bladder inflammation disease of carp (Cyprinus carpio) fingerlings and yearlings of two-way crossing species obtained after crossing of Tremlyanski carp and pure-line groups. In course of the study there was analyzed the extensity of expression of a swim bladder inflammation of the experiments fish categories. There presented indexes of heterosis and specific combining ability of in accordance with extensity of the disease manifestation. Also there were presented ranges according to heterosis indexes and specific combining ability of crosses with Tremlyansky carp. There was marked a heterosis effect and specific combining ability of crosses which were achieved with the participation of the squamous and mirror lines of Tremlyanski carp. Their general combinational ability was determined. There were revealed crosses of fingerlings and yearlings which were resistant to a swim bladder inflammation disease.
