In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analysed data on dynamics of a level and temperature regime conditions changes of the Neman River of Belarus. Research results showed that in course of 1955-2007 there was taking place a decrease of water level in spring period and water was practically absent in the floodplain. At present period there were marked earlier terms of ice melting and threshold temperatures for fish spawning season. All these mentioned above changes rendered a negative effect on the conditions of fish reproduction. The realized analysis of the dynamics of the level and temperature regimen of the Neman river within the bounds of the weather station 'Mosty' over the periods 1955-1965 (before realization in Belarus of large-scaled land reclamation) and in 1998-2007 (modern period) showed that conditions for the reproduction of spring rearing phytophilous fish species at the analysed area of water flow were unsatisfactory both in earlier and modern periods.
