In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in course of the research there was studied the influence of different levels of calcium and phosphorus on natural resistance (autarcesis) of breeding bull calves of suckling period. As a result of realized research it was revealed that application of the higher levels of calcium and phosphorus was positive. As a result, the lysozymic activity of blood serum increased on 2.5 and 3.2%, bactericidal activity of blood serum - on 7.9 and 14.4%, phagocytal activity of blood leukocytes - on 8.6 and 10.4% in blood of animal of 2 and 3rd experimental groups. Increase of calcium and phosphorus level in diets of breeding bull-calves has influenced a parity of protein fractions of blood serum. At 6-month's age in blood serum of bull-calves of 2nd trial blood the protein content made 43.2%, and in 3rd experimental group was 43.8% that on 1.6% and 3.1% (Р less than 0.05) higher than in the control. Thus, gamma-globulin in blood serum of animals in control group made 25.3%, and in 2 and 3rd groups was on 3.2% and 6.7% (Р less than 0.05) respectively higher. The increase in level of calcium and phosphorus in diets on 10 and 20% led to increase of their content in blood of bull-calves of 2 and 3rd experimental groups on calcium (2.94+/0.19 and 3.00+/0.06 mmol/l) on 5.8 both 7.9% and phosphorus (1.57+/- 0.09 and 1.66+/0.07 mmol/l) on 9.8 and 16.1% in comparison with the control group.
