In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was substantiated a perspective complex of machines for cultivation of heavy soils and sowing cereal and other crops in Vitebsk region. Because of high humus and trace elements content the heavy sandy loam and clay soils had potentially high value, but with unsatisfactory water and physical conditions and low real fertility. In order to substantially increase the yielding capacity of cultivated crops on heavy soils it is necessary to realize certain agricultural and reclamative activities, as well as apply special technics and machinery for the high structure soil tillage and qualitative sowing. In course of the study there was analyzed a complex of machinery and aggregates for dehulling of afterharvesting residues, plowing, subsurface loosening, pre-sowing soil treatment, and combination of presowing soil treatment and sowing. There was presented a list of aggregated which should be included into perspective complex of special equipment and machinery of heavy soil tillage.
