The research of the reaction on tuberculin among the cows from tuberculosis-safety herd is presented. New methods of bacteriological diagnostics of tuberculosis and PCR-method are used. 300 cows are investigated with tuberculin refined injections; the results are evaluated after 72 hours. Blood samples, reacting tuberculin in WKG and Micofast mediums, are analyzed. The results of microscopic research of cows' isolate in WKG and Micofast mediums are displayed (Ziehl–Neelsen stain). Comparison of the results of blood samples seed in WKG and Micofast mediums is made. Bacteriological research of the blood samples with use of auxesis and roewth medium WKG and Micofast of blood shows, that the result in healthy calves is negative; 4 of 5 cows in the tuberculosis-safe herd bacteria of tuberculosis is found and partly transformed in acid-fast cocci and rods, agglutinated with antiserum of bacillary form antigens M. tuberculosis-M. bovis with specific DNA-parts 16SRNA and MPB 70. Used methods of expeditious bacteriological diagnostic allow to delete reasonably potential dangerous animals and to rule out development of active disease during 6-9 days.
