In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of analytic research on defining the capacity of a roll crusher with crimpers. Shattering of grain with roll crushers is a complicated mechanical process and its description on the basis of theoretical prerequisites, even with some assumptions, proved to be of significant importance which can make it possible to deduce the main principles of grain shattering. In course of the study there was determined the influence of the main constructive and technological factors on crushing capacity of roll crushers with wavy surface of movable objects. The main principle of crushing with roller movable objects is chipping strength that requires attachment of different peripheral speed for rollers. The determined main principles showed the influence of the main parameters and operating regimes of movable objects on production capacity of roll crushers. The obtained dependencies made it possible to calculate the carrying (crushing) capacity of roller crashers intended for different parameters and operating regimes.
