Effects of Chinese herbs combined with α-ketoglutarate on the growth and gastrointestinal tract function in weaned pigs | 中草药结合AKG对断奶仔猪生长及消化吸收功能的影响

Китайский. 研究新型中草药配方结合α-酮戊二酸（AKG）作为饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪生长和消化吸收功能的影响。将56头26日龄体质量相近((6.0±0.5) kg)的断奶仔猪随机分为4组，每天在饲喂基础日粮的同时，每只仔猪分别灌胃给予100 mL生理盐水（对照组（C））、100 mL中草药煎剂（中草药组（H））、100 mL生理盐水+0.1 g AKG（AKG组（A））、100 mL中草药煎剂+0.1 g AKG（中草药+AKG组（AH）），连续饲喂4周后屠宰，测定生长指标和血清中脂类含量，并制备常规石蜡切片，测量肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度。①仔猪日增质量H、A、AH组均显著高于C组，H、AH组显著高于A组；日采食量H、A、AH组显著高于C组(P0.05)。②胃指数H组极显著高于C组(P＜0.01)，A、AH组显著高于C组；小肠指数H组显著高于C组(P＜0.05)。③空肠各段绒毛高度A组极显著高于C组(P＜0.01)；AH组前、中段绒毛高度极显著高于C组(P＜0.01)，后段显著高于C组(P＜0.05)。空肠隐窝深度AH组前、中段极显著低于C组(P＜0.01)，后段显著低于C组；A组后段较C组显著降低(P＜0.05)。④仔猪血清中高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇含量A组显著高于C组(P＜0.05)。中草药结合AKG可以改善断奶仔猪消化管形态和消化吸收能力，从而增加动物的生长性能，且AKG有增强中草药功效的作用。

Английский. This present study was conducted to evaluate effects of Chinese herbs combined with α-ketoglutarate (AKG) on the growth and gastrointestinal tract function in weaned pigs. Fifty six 26-day-old weaned piglets (body weight 6.0±0.5 kg) were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=14), and then fed basic diets containing: Control (C) group (fed with 100 mL normal saline), Chinese herbs (H) group (fed with 100 mL Chinese herbal preparations), AKG (A) group (fed with 100 mL normal saline plus 0.1 g AKG ) and Chinese herbs combined AKG (AH) group (fed with 100 mL Chinese herbal preparations plus 0.1 g AKG), respectively. The piglets were slaughtered after 4 weeks feeding experiment. The samples were collected. The determinations were completed by auto-blood biochemical analyzer, Motic Image Advanced 3.2 System. ① The daily weight gain (DWG) and daily feed intake in group H, A and AH were significantly higher than those in group C (P＜0.05). DWG in group A was significantly higher than that in group H and AH (P＜0.05). However, the feed gain ratio showed no significant difference between group H, A, AH and C. ② Compared with group C, stomach index was increased dramatically in group H (P＜0.01), group A and AH (P＜0.05), small intestine index was improved remarkably in H group (P＜0.05). ③ In group A and AH, the villus height of proximal jejunum, middle jejunum and distal jejunum was higher (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05, respectively) than that in group C. The crypt depth was significantly reduced in proximal jejunum (P＜0.01), middle jejunum (P＜0.01) and distal jejunum (P＜0.05) in group AH, and distal jejunum (P＜0.05) in group A. ④ The concentration of high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and cholesterol in group A was significantly higher than that in group C (P＜0.05). These results indicated that Chinese herbs combined with AKG could improve histological morphology and function of the digestive tract of weaned piglets, and enhance growth performance. Furthermore, AKG strengthened the effect of Chinese herbs.
