A Selection of calcium element formula regulating the low light tolerance of tomato | 番茄耐弱光性的钙素调控配方筛选

Китайский. 为防止设施番茄弱光生育障碍,提高弱光季节设施生产中番茄的产量和品质,以钙素为主要元素研制出10种具有提高番茄耐弱光性的复合配方。在番茄植株第1花序的第1花开花后,经弱光(164.05~453.14μmol.s-1.m-2)下施用配方,以无遮光区植株和遮光区部分植株喷洒清水为对照进行筛选试验。结果表明:在弱光胁迫下,10种钙素配方均具有显著抑制番茄植株徒长、降低植株高度、增加茎粗、提高叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率、增加番茄的产量、提高果实品质等作用。其中配方5、配方8和配方10在调控番茄耐弱光性方面的效果最佳。

In order to prevent the fertility obstacle and increase the yields and fruit qualities of tomato under weak light condition in the facilities,ten formulas which calcium was the main element had been developed and screened.After the first flower of the first inflorescence blossoming,use nature light and weak light(164.05~453.14 μmol•s-1•m-2) as controls,spray distilled water to the all plants in nature light intensity and part of plants in weak light intensity.The others in weak light intensity were treated with ten calcium formulas.Results showed that each group of calcium element formula treatment could significantly reduce the adult plant’s length,increase the stem diameter,raise the chlorophyll content and Pn of leaves,increase the yields and fruit quality of tomato under weak light condition.Above all the formulaⅤ,Ⅷ,Ⅹ have better effect on regulating tomato tolerance to bear the weak light stress.
