The effects of chemical fertilizer and munure on the plant trait, yield and its forming factors and quality of peanut were studied by continuous cropping in aeolian soil location micro-plot experiment. The results showed that munure and chemical fertilizer inoculated could increase main stem height, lateral branch length, and improve the yield and quality, including increasing the contents of protein and fat, and having little effect on the branch number. Increasing P, K fertilizer all could improve pods. P fertilizer could enhance fat. but N fertilizer caused plant moderate growth and make pods reduced. The average yield of appling manure with fertilizers was increased 5.36% and 13.83% by single manure or fertilizers respectively. The average content of crude protein in treatments from appling munure with fertilizers was added 4.94 and 4.47 percentage compared with treatments of only munure or fertilizers, respectively. The average crude fat was increased 7.62 and 5.68 percentage compared with single manure or fertilzers,respectively.
