SSR analysis and high production breeding by space flight in sweet corn | 空间诱导甜玉米产量性状变异及其SSR分析

Китайский. 摘 要:对甜玉米自交系1132种子经过空间诱变的材料进行表型鉴定和自交繁殖,在SP2代植株发现穗行数、穗粗、穗轴粗和穗粒重等产量性状上出现变异的果穗,通过连续自交获得穗行数、粒深、穗粗比对照明显增大的稳定变异株系,其根系也明显发达。利用分布在10条染色体的198对引物对16份稳定变异株系的进行SSR多态性分析,发现32对引物存在多态性,变异座位在玉米基因组10条染色体均有分布,但在第3、第4、第8、第9等4条染色体的变异座位明显较多,占总变异座位的69.7%。

The seeds of sweet corn inbred 1132 treated by space flight of recoverable satellite were planted for identifying and inbreeding, one mutant spike was found with significant differences in spike row, spike wide and shaft wide in population of SP2 plants. 3 mutants with increase in spike row, spike diameter, kernel depth and root number and length were obtained in progenies of SP3, and 16 steady mutants were bred in SP6. SSR analysis with 198 double primers distributed in 10 chromosomes for the sixteen mutants showed that there were 32 polymorphism loci in it, the mutant loci distributed along the 10 chromosomes, but 69.7% of the mutant loci were located on the chromosomes of 3rd, 4th, 8th and 9th.
