Китайский. ［目的］以紫苏无菌苗子叶为外植体研究紫苏芽再生频率。［方法］在MS培养基中添加不同浓度配比的6-BA和IAA，给予不同黑暗培养时间、2,4-D 浓度和预培养时间，研究各因素对紫苏芽苗分化的影响。［结果］子叶在分化培养基MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L IAA中培养可获得高达80.01%的再生频率，0.10 mg/L 2,4-D的分化培养基预培养3 d，黑暗培养12 d后再转入光照培养效果最好。［结论］该试验可为紫苏的组培繁殖提供参考。_
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. ［Objective］ To study the regeneration of cotyledons from Perilla frutescens._［Method］ By adding different concentration of 6-BA and IAA into the MS medium,the effects of different darkness preculture time,2,4-D concentrations and preculture duration on the regeneration of Perilla frutescens were inspected.［Result］As high as 80.01% regeneration frequency was achieved in the medium of MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L IAA, and the best culture effect was realized under the 3 d preculture of cotyledon in the medium of 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D, followed by 12 d darkness culture before being transferred to light conditions.［Conclusion］ The experiment provided references for the tissue culture of Perilla frutescens.__
