Китайский. ［目的］ 研究蒲公英水提液对小鼠抗疲劳作用。［方法］通过试验测定其运动后血乳酸、血糖、肌糖原、肝糖原、血清尿素氮的含量以及游泳力竭时间等指标。［结果］ 与对照组相比，试验组小鼠，除血糖变化不明显，肌糖原、肝糖原含量均显著增加（P＜0.05），血乳酸及血清尿素氮水平均明显降低（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），游泳力竭时间显著延长（P＜0.01）。［结论］蒲公英水提液具有明显抗疲劳作用。
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. ［Objective］ To study the effect of HERBA TARAXACI decoction on the anti-fatigue of mice. ［Method］ The content of blood lactate, blood sugar, muscle glycogen, hepatic glycogen, blood urea nitrogen and exhaustive swimming time of mice before and after exercise were determined by experiment. ［Result］ Compared with the control group, the content of muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen of mice in experimental group significantly increased（P＜0.05） except the blood sugar. The blood lactate and blood urea nitrogen were significantly lower（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）, exhaustive swimming time was significantly prolonged （P＜0.01）. ［Conclusion］ HERBA TARAXACI decoction had significant anti-fatigue effect._
