The main objectives of this study are identifying The Indicators of farm Effectiveness among the beneficiaries of The New Land at EL-Zawea and Gharb EL- Mansour regions, Kafr EL- sheikh Governorate, and the related variables. A random sample amounted (425) respondents from five villages. The data were collected through personal interviews by using Questionnaire and some statistical tools such as Frequencies, main degree, stander division, X. Person correlation and multi-regression were used to analyzed the data. The main finding was fallow; The important relatives of the three indicators of the farm Effectiveness as were; Personal Effectiveness at first, the Technology Effectiveness, and finely the Social Effectiveness. There is a significant difference in the level of Technology Effectiveness according the differences in job, restudies, and small projects holding. There is a significant difference in Social Effectiveness according the difference in job.There is a significant difference Personal Effectiveness according, the difference in restudies. The most important independents variable which explain the variance in the three indicators of the farm Effectiveness (Technology Effectiveness, Social Effectiveness, Personal Effectiveness.) were opinion leadership, cosmopolitans, and small projects holding. - The independent variables explain about 62.3%, 40.8 % and 36.7%, in the three interesting of the farm Effectiveness (Technology Effectiveness, Social Effectiveness, Personal Effectiveness.)
