In this experiment, interaction of various levels of nitrogen fertilizer and plant density were studied on yield and yield components of cotton CV. Sepid ad Karkandeh cotton research station during two years. The experiment was carried out basis on randomized complete block design arranged by split-split plots in three replications. The treatments were including: nitrogen levels of 50, 100 and 150 percent of recommended amount as main plots, row spacing of 60, 70 and 80 centimeters as sub plots, and plant spacing of 10 and 20 centimeters in each row as sub-sub plots. 62500, 71428, 83333, 125000, 142875 and 166666 plant densities were obtained by this row and plant spacing. Before seeding, soil analysis and fertilizer recommendation was made by soil testing of 0-30 depth. Basis of results, the more nitrogen than recommended level increased number of boll, boll weight and yield of cotton in comparison with nitrogen level of 50% recommended amount. Row spacing significantly affected yield earliness and fiber percent of cotton. 10cm plant spacing increased first picking and total yield of cotton in comparison with 20cm plant spacing. The highest first picking and total yield of cotton was obtained by application of more nitrogen than recommended leveling 60× 10 and 70× 10 centimeters plant densities.
