Investigation and Evaluation of adaptation and yield comparison of promissing potato clones in spring cultivation areas.

In order to release new potato varieties, 31 promissing clones were evaluated for two years in five locations. The experimental design was randomized complete block with 3 replications and mentioned clones were compared with three check varieties including: Agria, Marfona and Lady rosetta. Based on evaluated chracteristics there were many variations for yield, dry matter content, frying colour and qulinary quality amonge clones. The accesstion nombers of 397009-3 , 396151-2, 397031-2, 397007-9 and 397009-9 had more marketable yield and from quality view point were better or as same as related check varieties.
