Evaluation of land consolidation project in paddy fields in Guilan and Mazanderan province

This study was conducted with goal of evaluation of design and executing quality by field measurements and using questionnaire in consolidated paddy fields area in order to evaluate of project and its implement with required data preparation for methods improvement with goal of continuing in Gilan and Mazandaran. Results showed that deposit all of problems, more than %70 of farmers know successful this project 60-100 %, in the same time yield amount in consolidated fields is less than traditional fields but in traditional fields that their yield was low before project conduction, consolidation has been caused increasing of yield: for agriculture soil cutting in order to make inter field roads and schedule of conduction stage , leveling of internal area of plots specially in early years make very difficult so that in many cases inverted slope from irrigation channel toward drainage is there. the high percentage of farmers also are not able to desirable leveling of own farms and for solving of their problems divide the length of plot to 2 or several parts, measuring of height showed low difference in divided plots that with using proper machine and its applying education by farmers is improvable . weeds density after consolidation in first and second years for replacing of surf ace soil. Measure of height showed low difference in divided plots that with using proper machine and its applying education by farmers is improvable. weeds density after consolidation in first and second years for replacing of surface soil and decreasing of seed rate storage is less than last years, but weeds density gradually, just like before, in according to farmers words, conduction stages of more than %70 from designs in last 2 months of year and about %50 of designs were delivered to farmers late. irrigation efficiency in paddy fields in face of reapplication from exit water in traditional lands (as a current manner) and no use from outlet water in consolidated fields are become 2-4 % more about %74 of farmers in first and %37 in after third year have management problem and %44 in first and %29 after third year have problem for water supply. in level lands, consolidating practices and soil cutting have not effected very much in soil fertility but effect of much of them had been significant in different treatment that it is an index for soil fertility changes in an agricultural block, in reason of smallness of these designs area and lacking of site selection focusing, so many amount of blocks and plots were conducted defective, although average tractor field capacity obtained more than other kinds but for wheels slippage, their more penetration and take place hardpan in lower depth of soil , are in transplanting is existed some problems, for this reason small tractor accompanied by rotivator in comparison with 2 other tractors would be have more efficiency, inter fields roads are affected in view of land occupation, existence of defective blocks, no sand dressing, no absorbance of layer making much height more than plots surrey, no proper across slope and weeds growth.
