The main purpose of this study to achieve high yielding genotypes with high quality seed for use in spaghetti production industries Selected genotypes stady be superior than existing cultivers in environmental conditions, and also have desirable agronomic traits and quality characteristics, tolerance to environmental stresses such as drought and hot in end of the period of growth and disease resistance are common area. The 55 selected durum wheat genotypes from 40IDYw, 40 IDSN and F4 were evaluated as PRDYT in Gachsaran, Gonbad, Ilam and Moghan Agricultural Research Stations. During the growth period from various agronomic and morpho-physiologic traits of genotypes such as date and percentage of green, growth power, plant height, days to heading and maturity, reaction to important diseases and the like were note. Finally, the 48 genotypes that produced higher yield and desirable agronomic traits and morpho-physiologic eligible compared with checks (Dehdasht) and seimare were selected for participating in the Advanced Recanal Durum yield trial. (3 years).
