This study included the morphological characters of shoot, leaf, stomatal structure, epidermal cells and floral parts (calyx, corolla, stamens and pistil) for the four orange varieties (Kelan Willyam, Pineapple, Tenerife and Valencia). The results could be summarized in the following points: Anomocytic stomata were predominant in all varieties. Abnormal stomata were observed in Pineapple, Tenerife and Kelan Willyam, while tetracytic stomata in Kelam Willyam and Valencia and associated stomata in Pineapple and Tenerife were recorded. No hairs were found on the both surfaces of leaves. Number of main veins of calyx was 5 in both Pineapple and Tenerife, 10 in Kelan Willyam and 15 in Valencia. Number of stamens was 22 in both Pineapple and Kelan Willyam, 21 in Tenerife and 23 in Valencia. A key has been constructed for identifying the investigated varieties.
