Ontogenesi di cellule immunoreattive di tipo gastro/CCK [colecistochinina] nel tratto gastrointestinale dell' anatra domestica.

Английский. The distribution of gastrin and cholecystokinin (CCK) immunoreactive cells in duck gut was studied. Sections from all gastrointestinal segments of adult and developing animals (from 13 days of incubation (d.i.) to hatching) were immunocytochemically studied using the PAP method. Six primary antisera were employed: L292, L293 (against "chicken gastrin" reported by Dimaline et al., 1986); A568, 20078 (against respectively gastrin 17 and CCK 8); CA-08-257 and 07-09-3008 (against respectively the middle and NHz terminal regions of gastrin and CCK). The L292, L293, A568 and 20078 immunoreactive cells showed similar patterns of distribution. The immunoreactive cells appeared around the 17 d.i. in the antrum region. They were also seen later in the other segments of the gastrointestinal tract. The 07-09-3008 and CA-08-257 antisera did not show any immunoreactive cells. These findings led us to hypothesize that the duck has one or more peptides with the same COOH terminal tetrapeptide as the gastrin/CCK family.
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]ITALIANO: E' stata studiata la distribuzione nell'intestino di anatra di cellule immunoreattive alla gastrina e alla colecistochinina (CCK). Sezioni istologiche provenienti da tutti i segmenti intestinali di embrioni (dal 13. giorno d'incubazione alla schiusa) e di animali adulti sono state immunocitochimicamente colorate con il metodo PAP. Sono stati utilizzati sei antisieri primari: L2292, L293 (diretti contro la "chicken gastrin" descritta da Dimaline et al., 1986); A568, 20078 (rispettivamente contro la gastrina 17 e la CCK 8); CA-08-257 e 07-09-3008 (rispettivamente contro la regione media e NH2 terminale di gastriuna e CCK). Le cellule immunoreattive agli antisieri L292, L293, A568 e 20078 possiedono una distribuzione simile. Appaiono intorno al 17. giorno d'incubazione nella regione antrale. Successivamente sono identificabili negli altri segmenti del tratto gastrointestinale. Gli antisieri 07-09-3008 e CA-08-257 non hanno evidenziato cellule. Questi risultati potrebbero indicare l'esistenza, nell'anatra domestica, di uno o piu' peptidi aventi il tetrapeptide COOH terminale tipico della famiglia della gastrina/CCK.
