Natural grasslands in SAP Vojvodina (Yugoslavia) cover a large area. A significant portion is found on soils which can be used more intensively. Climatic factors are suitable for growing pastures on the grasslands (together with irrigation). Grassland productivity is low. The elementary quality index is low. Average protein content is low and the content of ashes is briefly satisfactory.
