This guide was published by Water Resources Division where it is composed of three parts: Training Courses, Seminars, and Workshops. The first part which is the seminars includes general informations about each seminar such as the title, subjects, place of the seminar, number of participants, organizing parties, participating countries...etc. The section of the participants contains the name, position, country, and organization.
